Returns Policy:
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases.
We thoroughly inspect all items before being dispatched to ensure any of these imperfections do not apply to the quality of the workmanship.
RETURNS
*Please note we are not legally required to give you a refund or
replacement if you have just changed your mind
*We do not accept returns on Change of mind.
*If you need to return an item to us, we can offer you an exchange or
store credit.
*We only provide refunds or store credit for faulty items, you receive
the wrong item or we cannot supply the item
*Please email us at info@samsaracollection.co.nz within 48 hours of your
purchase & include your order number and the reason for returning & we
will get back to you ASAP to confirm the return procedure.
*Items must be returned to us unworn, in their original condition with
all tags attached.
*Items purchased on sale are final so please choose carefully as we do
not offer refunds or exchanges on these.
*You must complete your return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of the
item and all related costs. We recommend you use tracked shipping to
ensure your item makes it back to us.
VOUCHERS:
All previous Tosca & Salome vouchers will not be carried over to Samsara collection. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you redeem a voucher on spell items your order will automatically be cancelled and a refund will be processed, please keep this in mind when redeeming vouchers.
FAULTY ITEMS
We will not replace items that have been damaged by wear and tear, and
we ask all items are laundered before returning.
